how is the grease management on the OG?

bbqLuv I mostly use it for ribs. I put foil on the grease pan, and I crumple a paper towel in a beaker that hangs off of the pan. It is pretty easy IMHO.
It is designed to put a can in the basket they give you, but a lot of people replace that with a small bucket. Nobody wants to save cans for grease disposal. I happened to have an Anchor measuring beaker that fits perfectly in it.
If you want, I can post an image tomorrow of the grease catcher.

Grease catcher and grease pan. The little basket hangs off of the grease pan, which sits at a slight angle to drain the grease.
