I kinda wish I was in the market for a kamado. Theirs is on sale with the wheely cart for a few dollars cheaper than without the substantial wheely cart.

I have been eyeing the Silverbac and with it being on sale right now for a good price, it is incredibly tempting.
how much space can you fit on the Silverbac? It looks like a good size, but say I am cooking for 8 people, that should be big enough? (chicken, ribs etc.)
Can you also fit a griddle of some sort on this pellet grill? That would be a nice bonus.

jasonwilliams14 I don't own one, but this is the chart they give for capacity. You can get an extension for the upper rack, and there is a jerky rack available with 3 shelves, which is also on sale for a better price than last year. There is a video on their site that shows the capacity of the jerky rack. I don't know about a griddle plate.


Maybe somebody who has experience cooking for a lot of people will reply. I don't know how many racks of ribs with fit with or without the extension or jerky rack.

I did see a post on the FB user page where a guy fit: 2 10# pork butts, 3 racks of baby-back ribs and 19 chicken legs.
Another guy had 30# of Boston Butts on the bottom rack.

The specs are on their site along with some videos. This chart is difficult to locate, so I attached it.
