    Huge Shout Out To Grilla Grills!

    I’ve seen many posts and reviews about Grilla Grills excellent customer service, and I’ve now experienced it for myself!

    I posted here about FedEx Freight busting up my Silverbac, and I was worried that I’d have to wait another two weeks for the replacement to ship, but Grilla went above and beyond. I refused the damaged shipment last Wednesday, that evening they promised to immediately ship a replacement, and Thursday it was on the truck as promised! It arrived today in perfect condition.


    I just got off the phone with them about the 160 pounds of pellets, which I didn’t order. I guess for Father’s Day they’re including some pellets with every grill order, and they told me to keep them as a bonus! Looks like I won’t be breaking into my $13 bag of Kirkland pellets for quite a while.

    Awesome Sid. I had a similar experience today and will update my earlier thread here in a minute so I do not take away from your thread here. In a world where customer service appears to be a thing of the past the folks at Grilla clearly take it to another level! Happy for you!

    Glad to hear Grilla took care of you! I've emailed with one of their customer service guys with some pre-sale questions and he was very responsive. The only reason I didn't end up buying one was because I won the SNS giveaway and chose a SNS Kamado instead...

      Love my Silverbac! I got one of the last originals without the wireless controller. The controller board had an early failure, and I received a replacement almost immediately. I bought the upgrade Alpha controller when it was on special offer, but have not yet installed it, just haven't seen a need. Agreed - excellent customer service!

                Customer service isn’t a given, so when you get it, it reassures you that you didn’t overpay for the product. Glad you will be smoking for Father’s Day!

                  Excellent. If I were a betting man I'd have bet this would be your outcome with Grilla. They're top notch. Sure sounds like you're set with pellets! My brother ordered the Silverbac based on my review and recommendation back over the winter and he too sang their praises and got the surprise 160lb pellets.

                    I love my Silverbac, and wouldn't trade it for the world. I had to call 3-4 times for parts and things. I also had great service. Once they had to rush me a temperature probe before Christmas for our Christmas dinner. They did it! I could not believe that it came in time.
                    If you bought a Silverbac you made a very good decision.
