I’ve seen many posts and reviews about Grilla Grills excellent customer service, and I’ve now experienced it for myself!
I posted here about FedEx Freight busting up my Silverbac, and I was worried that I’d have to wait another two weeks for the replacement to ship, but Grilla went above and beyond. I refused the damaged shipment last Wednesday, that evening they promised to immediately ship a replacement, and Thursday it was on the truck as promised! It arrived today in perfect condition.

I just got off the phone with them about the 160 pounds of pellets, which I didn’t order. I guess for Father’s Day they’re including some pellets with every grill order, and they told me to keep them as a bonus! Looks like I won’t be breaking into my $13 bag of Kirkland pellets for quite a while.
