Camp Chef Woodwind auger pin -v- me!! im losing

So I found this Woodwind in the trash. After some inspection I realized that it has a clogged auger/pellet cement. I don't need it but what a waste, I figured I'd fix it up and give it to one of my nephews or something, I just hated to see it go to waste. So I gave it some TLC, cleaned it, told it would go to a new home, shared all my care and affection with it.

It told me to F@#$ off. I got to the auger or motor pin and it refused to come out, wd 40, rubber band, star bit. It's like this thing knows the price of metal and wants to be recycled! So now I stripped the pin and am about to give it its wish and recycle it unless one of you good folks has a viable solution to help me save princess (I named it that cause it's a finicky b@#$)

Any help would be appreciated!

The old saying is that it can't be stuck if it's a liquid. Perhaps you just need a bigger torch?

If you were able to get the shear pin out then you can replace it with one of these. This was a recommendation from one of Camp Chef's engineers a couple years ago, even though these aren't technically shear pins.

If you end up deciding to junk it anyway, you might be able to find a buyer for the Searbox attachment on the right side of that unit if it's still in good condition. That model Searbox was discontinued a few years ago but diehards long for the old model - if nothing else but for replacement parts.
