Hi folks!! Happy End of Summer!!! I've been meaning to pop by but, well, life...
ANYWAY... love my (HWMO'S? Copperhead, so I recently picked up a Copperhead grill/smoker. Something smaller for the steaks, small roasts. We're going to try it out this weekend. Nice faster cook with smaller volume. he idea is put some smoke to the steak, then sear there on the grill, so the pellets do double duty! I'll let you guys know how it works out.

Meanwhile, We just returned from Santa Camp, so here's a pic for ya!!

A new cooker is always worth braggin about!! My year is not pretty much sectioned out into Christmas Season, Late Oct till mid January, Then Garden show season, as I prep for my end of April Garden/bonsai show. I make Bonsai pots for that among other pottery, Short Late spring Break, hen the beginning of prep for a big Charity event for which I make all the vases for the centerpieces. I usually try to start that process in June/July so I can take my time and have them for end of Oct. (I'm in the home stretch on this year's)
Then start over again!
HWMO gets his first bleaching on the 13th.
