Does anyone actually HAVE a kalamzoo kitchen here?

I am starting over on my outdoor kitchen in a new home. I probably can't swing it but I do want to at least LOOK at the high end of the market!

When I built my new house four years ago, I shopped high end outdoor equipment. No Kalamazoo but I ended up with some pieces from Twin Eagles (TE). I have a TE 36" gas grill that I like quite a bit. The infrared sear burner is wonderful for grilling steaks. I bought a TE pellet grill that I did not like. The pellet capacity was too small. Max cook was about 4 hours. OK unless you want to cook overnight something big like pork shoulder or brisket. And the smoke flavor was too light. I sold the TE pellet grill and bought a MAK pellet grill that has been very good.

I also have a Weber performer kettle, PK360 and a KAT vault cooker. They all get used.

Way better kitchen than I am a cook. Kinda like my custom golf clubs. Way better at golf than me.

Enjoy the journey of outfitting your outdoor kitchen. There are way too many digits to the left of the decimal point on the Kalamazoo equipment for my budget.
