So I finally finished my backyard late, late summer. It's been just dirt for the last two years. I then spent the last few months adding things to make it a good living space.

Black Friday had some good deals on some aluminum pergolas. They have cool slats that open and close in each section and the frames have built in drains that direct rainwater away. There are mosquito nets that zip together in case the weather gets really warm. There are also privacy shades that can be zipped together as well for each section. They are 10 x 20 each. You can see at this time I was slowly building the outdoor funiture and my Weber Searwood is all alone.
My wife got a little excited too and went on a spending frenzy buying furniture and installing lights.

You can see she also bought the new Solo stove wood fire. I really like it. Now to just find a good wood supplier. There are several in the area. I just need to research prices, etc.

My Searwood was lonely so I added the Weber Performer.

I continue to experience MCS, so I recently added a Weber Smokey Mountain 18" that I got off Facebook marketplace for a steal - $75.

I keep telling my wife that there is still plenty of room for a jacuzzi and an outdoor table/eating area. I think she's warming up to the idea. She mentioned the other day that she wants to put a second side by side fridge somewhere back here too. That way I can put in some extra meat and she can stock things she likes as well. I love her. We just celebrated our 25th anniversary last month. With this backyard, we can celebrate another 25 and more!
