    Upgraded my Grilling Gazebo

Ten years ago I got my Weber Summit gasser and an affordable grill gazebo. The gazebo provide some shade and protection. I did have to replace the canvas roof about 3 times during this span. But as most things, it was falling apart. It was time for something new. So I found a hard roof one with a bit more real estate. I also grew my cookers to include a Pit Barrel and a Pit Boss Pellet grill. I still need to figure our how to light it but the important thing is done, the the speakers are set up! (240W all weather, Bluetooth).
I already got the it's too loud comment, in my defense, it was ZZ-Top, it cannot be too loud....

The after picture were a bit hard to capture. I cannot stand any further away. I was trying to match the angle of the before. This is 12x6 and 7 feet tall.

    Nice.
That most definitely is an improvement. Looks like that should last for many years to come.

Kascon11 Oh snap! Did you build it yourself? Wanna come over and build one for me? Is it a kit? Where do ya get it? Ok, I’m done.

I have had a simple ez-up that has since been reduced to the green mesh crap. I am looking to upgrade.

between us and the neighbors, we have the same set-up. Cinder block topped with the vinyl layer.

The brand is Backyard Discovery (https://www.backyarddiscovery.com/) but I purchased at Sams club (on-line) just a week before they had them in the store. This brand is available at Home Depot, Lowe's and Amazon, Price at Sams was $300 less then everywhere else.

Long Beach and Torrance were built out about the same time. It is had to tell one neighborhood from another. The vinyl is a recent addition (about 3 years ago, it replaced the rotted redwood fence)

Very Nice! This is the route we took. Big Lots had one already assembled in store, one fall, half off.
Had that 6-8 years then went the Costco variety. Really nice to be able to gather out of the heavy dew.

Very nice upgrade. You've got a nice stable of cookers there, too!

Thanks. I am trying to make a better effort to use them more. I have been letting work and life get in the way. I will do better this year. I have not made ribs in the pit barrel in over a year. that will change this year.

Way to go So. Cal brother!! Looks great! I love mine. So, your butt's up against the garage getting the best angle on the new setup. Would like to see a pic in the opposite direction. Nothing like having a BBQ area for grilling, smoking and cooking. Did you set up a little area with chairs and a firepit to have your guests leisurely enjoy the beach breeze, sipping on a cold beverage while you grill?

And it is now a Pergola, not a Gazebo.

              Cheers!

I have some patio furniture just not set up. My lot is only 50x100 not much space for firepit and such. There is just enough space for a small bistro set for coffee on the weekend. I will post additional pictures once the rain stops.

Always remember this - cookers will expand to fill the available space. Be in your guard.
