Splendid!! We are just getting into the time of year here in northern VA where the peak of summer heat is behind us, and enjoying some super fine weather this week. I'm sitting out on my own patio with my Surface tablet, enjoying a Lagunitas IPA on this lovely summer day, with a temperature of 80/27 and a dew point of 55/13. Pretty much perfect, and having a good livable patio space makes it all the more enjoyable. Great work on yours!
