I am revising my set-up and previously had built a grill set up for my egg (concrete top ) with some room, but now I have more equipment want to expand. The custom set-up is 27 inches in depth, standard countertops 25". I would rather order something for the outdoors than pour another top or order another set-up with custom depth (because money). What is everyones experience with outdoor tops depth?

Yes, current was a molded concrete pour, it has lasted 10 years. First time we had to build it with a hole cutout. Not sure I'd do that again. Probably do a gap in the middle instead. I am looking at buying existing countertops to help with timing and headaches. The concrete pour was really cheap.
