Blackstone is selling an outdoor kitchen.

Well, I immediately thought it would be black, and it was. The design looks good but wouldn’t all that black make it somewhat hot to work under?

When I ordered the metal for the roof of my outdoor kitchen I had them paint the underside dark grey and the top white to reflect heat.

It's an interesting product... but no offense to Blackstone, they aren't a premium product... and I struggle to feel comfortable that their coating on the Aluminum and Galvy parts is sufficient, that coating chips where the metal meets and it's game over...

But more importantly, I don't see any wind or weather related specifications for this product. Even the cheapo walmart things like this have wind ratings.If it had those things, I'd consider it. FWIW BBQGuys has this same product for 500 bones cheaper and lists a snow load rating of 1,200lbs... but only a 1 year warranty at that price?

That looks good. It's the same size as mine but looks to be a little shorter.

A fatal flaw of the Blackstone is that it only really has room for one cooker, unless you put a small one in front of the TV.

I'm sure you could cram a few in there. The TV isn't really part of it unless you mount one somewhere.
