Disposable Cutting Boards?

    I just spoke with Joe At Smoky Mountains Smokers. He verified that the Disposable Cutting Boards are thick food grade paper with a food grade coating on one side only. He didn't say what that coating was, exactly, only that it was plastic-like. They are moisture resistant, not moisture proof.

    So they're similar in construction/content to the BBQ Guru Disposable Cutting pads except the Smoky Mountains brand have a rim.

    So, after seeing this post and always wanting something like this so I got these from Amazon. They were $13. Figured it's worth a shot. To fzxdoc concern. 100% recyclable. When I get to use it, I'll try to remember to provide feedback.

      Yes, especially with chicken. I am cheap so I'll place it on a tray. If I'm doing chicken and beef when done with one side, flip it over and use other side for the other. Throw it in recycle and wash tray.

    I use Smoky Mountain boards at every contest. Usually cut in half because it fits my work table.
