My cambro is an SNF styro box. Actually, a big one of those is my dog food box too.

They will keep things cold just as well as they do hot. I put water frozen in half gallon apple juice jugs in the bottom as a coolant. But they also make these Camchillers for doing that in case you were wondering JCBBQ https://www.webstaurantstore.com/cam...214CP1220.html

Yep, we took mine camping, filled the trays with ice and then laid the food in the trays. Lots of ice at the end of the trip, unlike the previous trip where we used the regular Coleman. I love mine, and the trays make it so convenient.

I just purchased a Cambro light weight holder. I haven't used it yet, but I passed the red CaterGater as part of the cooker raffle. I was surprised! The CaterGater went first!

Wrap according to what you are storing or just get the lids for the pans. Problem solved. Any combination will work. It all depends on what you are storing. My Cambro is on wheels, plugs in and is temp controlled and 5' x 3' so I just use plastic. For transport CandySueQ and Frozen Smoke (coolest handle too) pretty much nailed that down. I use parchment, plastic and foil for transport on most things. Eliminate the parchment in some. Hope this helps.

Mr. Bones Geeze, always happy to be roped in brother. We will catch up soon.

Sweet! I would love to have one, but I don't need it. Then again, not needing hasn't stopped several purchases over the years.

The line between want and need is blurry at best.
