I keep getting the ad for this. It doesn’t look like a bad product, but it does look like an extra product: like, "Okay, but so what?" Anyone try? Any feedback?

Air flow would depend on where the fire is. If under the ring, it shouldn't be a problem. I think this device would be sweet for doing ribs in WSM or if you don't want to hang in a PBC or Drum. Not so much for an offset.

In the product description, it says that it is for circular cookers. Myself, I really don't need to cook more than 3 racks of ribs at a time, and even that is a stretch. One or two is plenty for Mrs and me, three is more than enough even with two other couples over.
