I have the duo, its great. You can do the eggs just on the pressure cook function. Takes a few min to come up to pressure but then great. Buy the extra non stick pot. Its a game changer for clean up

I made corned beef and cabbage in mine yesterday. I have to say, I was underwhelmed a bit. The corned beef was good, taking about 90 minutes after 5 minutes coming up to pressure, but the vegetables took at least 20 minutes to reach pressure for a 5 minute ride. Then the whole thing needed to be cleaned afterward. I could have boiled them in 5 minutes less than that total.

For me, it’s just going to be another electric thing sitting on the counter, I’m afraid. I’m too set in my ways. Pressure cooking, sous vide, all that stuff is great, but I think I do what I do, and I’m not going to change.
