Upcoming reviews of bbq accessories on amazingribs.com

Pitmasters - I am looking at doing reviews of the following items in the immediate and near future and would love it if people help me prioritize these reviews - or add their suggestions as to what types of accessories that they would like me to take a look at. Anything you want to know more about? Let me know and we'll look into your suggestions.
Here's my current list in the current order of which we plan to look at them:Pork Pullers, Grill Lights, Propane Gauges, Knife Sharpeners and I'll be amazing a list of the providers and varieties of wood pellets on the market.
But again if you are desperate for more information on some type of accessory please let me know either here or at [email protected]. Doesn't mean I'll change the order of my reviews but I will certainly take your requests into consideration.

Thanks! I had forgot about this thread. I'll have to take a drive to see if there is a "Tony" near by... I saw this guy that had a stand several years ago in one of those "markets."

Knife sharpeners are of the most interest to me.
The rest don't do it for me. Maybe propane thingy.

Extremely interested in getting a knife sharpener. Not to be redundant. Just saying to keep it high on the list. Thanks.

For sharpeners. Definitely include the spyderco sharpmaker. It’s slow to reprofile but nothing finishes better and is as easy to use.

Also work sharp products for when you need to repair or reprofile.

Im sure there are lots of others out there I’ve owned several and in some cases the set up takes much longer than the sharpening.

Take a look at HidaTool.com for a selection of superb Japanese knife stones, and they are waterstones. Hida also sell a nifty little clamp thingie that holds the knife at 17 degrees, the most commonly recommended angle, for those who can't yet hold an angle. (Needless to say, wonderful knives too, some expensive & more than worth the price, some less so and maybe even more worth the price.)

Dish soap, scrub sponges, storage containers that don't leak, plastic wrap that actually cuts at the edges, Zipper storage and freezer bags, long Bbq lighters and did we ever do cut gloves?

And by the way, RECENT Amazon reviews of the scissor tongs recommended here are very bad -- I think the company degraded them. I wish you'd find some good sturdy old-fashioned one-rivet tongs for us! (If there are any any more...)

Knife sharpeners! In the future, a review of the different mail order meat vendors would be neat. Would save some folks some money when ordering something special possibly.
