New Carving Boards

As a Retirement Gift my company gave me these two awesome Solid Maple Carving Boards from Wood Welded Bally Block Co. They are made in Petoskey, Michigan. They are 1 3/4 inches thick and two sided. One side has a ring and well. I got the Large 24x18 and the Medium 20x15. Both are large enough to handle most carving jobs. But that BIG board will make easy work of Brisket and Turkey.
