BBQ Dragon disappointment

At least yours works!! Wife bought this for me as a Christmas present. Opened it last weekend to charge it, plug had broken and doesn’t even work with alkaline batteries either.
No big deal things happen, I’ll contact them and swap it out. Well, nobody will answer an email or pick up the phone!!! Pretty frustrated with this company and lack of customer service. Has anyone else had problems contacting them or better yet do you have a different phone number I can try?

My wife let me have a thirty year old hair dryer that she no longer uses. Works like a champ, although I do have to hold it in place. LOL Sometimes we just suffer from too much MCS, or would that be MAS (A = accessories)?

Just wanted to say that George returned my email promptly and has resolved my issues. Thanks to Comfortablynumb and Huskee for the help and to George at BBQ dragon for making it right!!
