Cambro, many a year a Huntington Beach company! dustbuster no review necessary. It's been the gold standard for a long time. They come in various sizes and Cambro even makes the marked storage containers, you know the clear plastic ones with the red volume markings. DWCowles you will love it. My favorites are the 110 ones you plug in and the single hotel pan size up to 6" they hold food beautifully. They are standard in various sizes in production kitchens especially. Worth every penny. Even the knock offs work pretty good. Cambro and a couple of others brands are pretty awesome.

I am afraid this cambro thing is getting far too serious for me. I don't cook for that large of a crowd, and where to store it could be a problem. But, if I see them often enough MCS could bite again.
