      FireMan, Thanks FireMan, I figured I better Post a Pic of Shawn as Well as the Knife! Both You and Catmandu have Commented on the VIP Club so I Enrolled Last Night, I believe it will at some point will give me Discounts and New Product Pre Announcements?       I think you ought to ditch the picture of you & put one of him in you avatar. That way our eyes won't hurt when we look at your comments, although the car is cool.

      Do to Popular Demand, I decided to Put the "New Knife" to Work on New Years Day! Boneless Prime Rib Roast on the Weber 22 1/2" Kettle, S 'n S,
      Drip & Griddle Pan and DigiQ-Dx-2! The Cook was monitored with the FireBoard! Roast was taken off at +-120*F and Reverse Seared with the Vortex
      on the Weber Performer Deluxe! According to the FireBoard the Cook took +-1.75 Hrs! It took that long to get the Dalstrong 9.5" Chef Knife out of
      the Box! Unbelievable Edge, Weight and Balance, I might even Use It Again!
