So, does this mean these are replacing what you already have or it is part of a growing collection?

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
Part of a growing, for now. Next week I’ll sort through the similar items and hold the ones I like the best.Originally posted by LA Pork Butt View PostSo, does this mean these are replacing what you already have or it is part of a growing collection?
For skillets, I like having cast iron, stainless, and non stick, in different sizes; they each do something different well, and I have room for all of them. For sauce pots, I prefer stainless to anything else. The smallest one is going to kick something else to under the countertop, I’ll have to look at the others. And the saucier, that’s a new one for me. I’ve never needed such a thing, and all of a sudden everyone (it seems) is saying it is essential. I dunno. Is it? It will be fun to find out, I suppose.

Yes. The estate sale dilemma. Do I need or just want this? What do I get rid of?
All this cookware talk has caused me to go thru a cupboard or two. Have given away 5 items recently.
And stacked some cast iron in the garage. Perhaps most significantly, have concluded that I should not buy any more stuff.
And that violates all AR precepts.
