after almost 20 years as a cook, I bow to the royalty which is the Rubbermaid Silicone Spatulas... I have 1 that has been with me for 15 years. We have a whole drawer full of the Thermoworks silicone tools - spatulas in all sizes, spoonulas, flippers, ladles, brushes. Great quality. Ditched all our old 2-piece stuff that was hard to clean and questionable around heat. Love that TW stuff is one piece so it’s easy to clean, and handles high temps.
