New HGH Pitmaster Gloves

I'm still awaiting my credit card refund for the pair I returned three weeks ago. Their customer service is not very responsive.

That is unfortunate. I think they've definitely gotten a large response - maybe overwhelmed their infrastructure.

Have you emailed them since you returned the gloves? In my experience they've gotten back in touch within 24 hours.

@PGH-RAM Yes, several times but they only responded once saying "It was lost in a stack on my desk but I found it." Companies lose so much good will when they are fast when you're spending money, but very s l o w when paying money back.

First use is in the books! I really like these gloves. One thing to note is that the back of the gloves where it is yellow is not as heat resistant. Not a deal breaker, but definitely something to keep in mind.

I got a pair also too. I like I can wash them off like washing my hands.

I ordered a pair on May 20th. The size chart suggested Medium, but I ordered the next larger size. When they arrived, they were so tight I couldn't even bend my fingers.

I contacted support on a Friday afternoon, they replied instantly, emailed me a return USPS label, and arranged for a replacement set in XXL to be mailed.

After our usual slow USPS service, they arrived and are perfect! Overall service was great! Just be aware that their size chart doesn't seem to work. Go bigger.

I got my pair of L size - they are very tight. I can get them on, and I can use them, but I kinda do wish I'd gotten the XL. I'd suggest if you're within ¼" of the next larger size, you go up in size.

Their return policy is pretty good. If you email them they'll probably arrange to send you the bigger size.

Well, I did throw away the packaging and label, so... not sure. I may email them and ask, though. I haven't actually used them, they've just sat on the table.

I can usually wear large or extra large, so I ordered XL. Way too small.

I ordered the XL and tried them on. I didn’t measure my hand, just figured this size would be good for me. They were just a little bit snug going on, but once on they felt good. These type of gloves were meant to be at least a “little bit” snug I believe. I’ll probably use them tonight but I’m pretty sure I’m gonna like em!

Paul, Amazon sells them also, they’re about $2. more in the end. I used them instead of the website because of the quicker delivery times offered for Prime Members. Got mine the next day.

As noted above, I got a pair of these when they were on sale. I’ve absolutely loved them. I was using them for my big church cook today and when I got them home to clean my smoker, I realized that the left thumb had a gaping hole at the end of it… I decided to pull out my phone to check for a warranty and then emailed support. They responded within a minute! She’s already arranged to send me a new pair of gloves one size bigger than the current ones I have at no cost. Fastest customer support response I’ve ever had!

Sounds like they may have figured out their game now that they’re not overrun with the sale that was going on when these first came out.

Been meaning to get a pair of these and one of the drip tubs that everyone has been talking about. I just have not done it yet.
