I really wish a business would list how things are going to be shipped.
For example, I chose the $8 shipping, thinking it would be FedEx / UPS.
But no, it's merely a "faster" Postal Service method. Supposedly 3 days.
But the arrival date is Tuesday.
A total of 5 days shipping (does not include processing time).
Hell, I would went up in shipping costs if I had known that.
I absolutely love hey grill hey. I don't use many of her products but I steal her recipes consistently lol. I find her videos to be wholesome and entertaining also. I had these gloves for 5 years and love them to death. They are a little bulky but not too bad considering.
negolien I've been using the exact same pair as you. The HGH gloves give you a lot more dexterity at the cost of a few hundred degrees of heat tolerance.
I'm with negolien and PGH_RAM - I have 2 sets of gloves very similar to those and they work well, but a little stiff and little bulky.
I may get a pair of Susie's and try them out. I've been using the cotton gloves underneath nitrile disposable gloves, as well. I change it up all the time, depending on my mood and what happens to be 'handy'.
But I kinda think BBQ gloves are kinda like tongs - can't have too many.

I am struggling to decide whether to return my new pair. I used their size chart saying to get a Large - my palm measured 1/4" less than the 4" they say is the top end of Large. I really have to pull/stretch the knitted portion to get them on and the heel does not feel like it is fully covering my hand. The flip side is that I do get very good tactile flexibility compared to the old rubber gloves I've used. Since these are mainly for handling food, I am not as concerned about top end heat resistance - I have leather welders' gloves for grate and coal handling.
See my post #11. I emailed them asking for instructions to return them and they emailed me an address label. I sent them back several weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund on my credit card.

Of course, now that we have just bought a pair, HGH is having a 25% off sale, sitewide, no coupon or code needed. That makes the gloves just over $16.00 plus shipping if you do not buy enough to get free shipping (over $125 I think).

Mine arrived and as noted above, they are snug but in a good way. I measured my hand per the website instruction and went with MED. The wrist area is definitely tight. But ain’t mad at it.

I ended up ordering XL, even though my measurement was 1/4" within the Large range. The XLs are perfect for me - very snug, without requiring the extra "tugging" I did to get the Large on. Plus, it covers my palm area fully.
