Caffeine88 It’s still hard to justify this purchase but damn it is a beast. And actually really a good looking piece of equipment.

I've got 5 pepper mills. 2 are OK & I hate the other 3. But 200 bazongas, holy crap, out of my league.

ComfortablyNumb Someone needs to invent a new crypto called Bazoonga. It would take off based on the name alone and if we invest early we can retire early.

You know, I am not ready to drop $200 bucks on a pepper mill. But, I am pleased that I am not alone in simply throwing out combo grocery store pepper/grinders as utter crap. Spin those things for 10 minutes and get nothing for your efforts.
Y’all are my people.👍

Pepper mills must be more of a man thing. I WISH $200 over the years was all we've spent on pepper mills, pepper grinders, Pepper pestles etc, etc, etc!!! My husband is forever on the search for the perfect pepper grinder. Nearest he has come so far is an old coffee grinding box he fond at an antique store but he is still looking for more.

I agree the pepper cannon was a great purchase. I was hesitant to pick it up at first but made up my mind pretty quickly after I saw a post here on AR about the kickstarter, and when I saw a lot the online chefs using it as part of the beta and not even shilling it. In my opinion it is well worth the money. To be fair, I pledged on kickstarter and only paid $150.
Also as another note in May MÄNNKITCHEN said "The Salt Cannon is still in testing, hopefully available for pre-order on mannkitchen.com late Summer." I guess they missed that mark, maybe soon they will release a pre-order for that. I don't know if it will be able to pull me away from my favorite salt cellar though.

Thought I’d throw down an alternative that I was turned onto by Uncle Bob called the Unicorn Magnum grinder. I’m well aware of the great features of the Pepper Canon but Bob claims he saw Kenji on YouTube singing the praises of this one even more than the PC. The good news is it’s only $50 on Amazon. I really like mine, the only draw back is I wished it was taller and held more. It’s only 6â€. The grinder mechanism is amazing regardless. I’ll do a follow up in a year or so.

Why wait a whole year for a follow up? It’s a pepper grinder, not a booster rocket for a mission to Mars. 🥸 Wouldn’t maybe a week or so be sufficient? 🤷â€â™‚ï¸ Can you post a video for us showing how well it grinds?Last edited by Panhead John; November 25, 2021, 01:36 PM.

I just spent a while reading many of the reviews. The overwhelming majority were 5 stars, then 4 stars. As Mr. Bones mentioned, there is a 9†version, but it’s showing currently out of stock and delivery not until January 15. The 6†is also out of stock with an earliest delivery date of December 23. I just might get drunk tonight and order me one.
