Absolutely Huskee, would be great to have another Michigander there.
-
Of course you should. MH and ALL the Mods should be there.
If it weren't my busiest time of year, I'd be there. And I'm still going to work my butt off to try to be able to get there, but frankly have little hope.
Wish it were during a different time of year.

I'll be there with the Missus. We're donating a couple of Slow 'N Sears for the auction, so bring some dollars. These Slow 'N Sears will have the new charcoal grate attachment included!
The Slow 'N Sear itself remains the same for 2016. The charcoal grate attachment fits on all Slow 'N Sears. We'll have them officially on sale in a month or so.

David Parrish, I would dearly Love to Attend the Operation BBQ Rescue Get Together in Louisville but I think it's a Bridge Too Far at this Point in my
Recovery! I would like in some small way to Contribute to the Meeting! Any suggestions would be appreciated?

It was a great time. It was awesome getting to meet up with some other AR guys.
Highlights include:- Bourbon tasting with Freddie Noe (great great grandson of Jim Beam and heir to the throne so to speak)
- Chance to hang out, talk with, meet, get a signed book from, and get a picture with Famous Dave
- Great selection of Raffle and Auction Items (including the Slow N Sear, Class with Tuffy Stone, Week at Famous Dave's Private getaway, Green Egg, smokers, and more)
- Whole Hog Cooking Demo and Tasting
- Helping raise over $25k for OBR
David Parrish , There was also that funny moment when we both glanced at each other after that lady at the table started talking about how wonderful her husband's Beer Can Chicken was.
B-Mac , Sorry my wife took this picture before you showed up. My apologies for not getting you in there. Boss might have one from you luckily winning the Slow N Sear.
Hopefully more people can show up next year.3 PhotosLast edited by Nate; February 28, 2016, 07:50 PM.
