What a day everyone! This Hasty Bake is amazing, the thing just works. Thank you so much for the opportunity to be graced by such an amazing grill.

It's Hard Core Carnivore Black. I like to go heavy handed with it because it tastes like it has a lower salt content. It has Activated Charcoal and Sugar in it, and they give off a wonderful maillard reaction flavor bomb. When my buddy first showed me the stuff I laughed until I tried it. Love the stuff.

beergeekington I like it too, the visual is cool and all but I think HCC is the only charcoal rub that actually has a flavor other than salt. I've tried quite a few others and can't taste anything except salt regardless of what the ingredients list shows. Caution though, the HCC red actually is very salty.

Assembled and secured an aluminum gazebo with some of the funds I got from selling some of my other grills. I'm super happy with my now permanent setup for my new baby. I have shade, and I'm so pale. I've done too many long cooks in the sun with no cover lol
