Congratulations on that new Hasty Bake. I don’t have one but from the members that do, they all love it. We also have a few experts here with that thing. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions while you’re getting started. Our members here are well known for giving rapid responses to most questions.

Thanks! I've watched a few videos on fire management with it, but there's no substitute for actually doing it. Going to reverse sear some steaks to get a feel for her first I think. Pork ribs will be next for when I feel more comfortable with a longer but still manageable cook and see how she does.
