Having trouble deciding between the pellet cooker or gas grill. Anyone have either and care to share their opinion?
I have a Kamado Joe (Big Joe) that I use for everything and love it. Thanks! I love this site and the idea sharing!

Since you have the very versatile kamado, I'd suggest a fast hot gasser (if any have infrared searing, there's your baby). For quick stuff.

I would recommend the pellet grill over the gasser. I used my RecTec quite a bit but hardly ever used the gasser.

I have a ceramic too. I'd go w the gasser -for ease. But then, I've never been interested in pellet cookers. Decisions, decisions.

Congrates Glassydayz !!! I have both and each is just as convenient as the other, with the exception of better temp control over the long haul with a pellet pooper. You can't go wrong!
