The temptation is there to go for the most expensive item. But I've already got a vertical smoker, nice gas grill, and a kamado. That made the decision a LOT easier. Still tough. Ended up narrowing it down to the Hasty-Bake and The Good-One. In the end The Good-One is much more suited to my grilling and smoking interests as I've been really wanting an open coal/wood grill and smoker. Very excited to see how it does. I'm honestly not a huge kamado fan so it might end up taking the place of that. Especially when my wife sees yet another grill show up on the patio...
Good job! Whatever you do, don't let her anywhere near the thread/poll here entitled "what grill would you get rid of if you could only keep two." It should have a blue banner entitled "for members only" with a second encryption.

Great choice IvanC! That is what I would choose too if I ever win that is (hint hint ;-) )
In the meantime, I am saving my money to buy one and stealing my husband's gas grill for smoking purposes when I can get him to let me use it.
