In the lower-right of every post and every comment you'll see some options, like Quote, Comment, Flag, and Like.
"Flag" is not a bookmark or other place-saver. And it doesn't function like a 'thumbs down' either (when you just don't like what's said in a post). The "Flag" is an alert to report inappropriate content, and all flags are routed to the moderators/admins.
We know the "Flag" button is located right next to both the "Comment" button and the "Like" button, and it might be easy to hit it by mistake, especially on mobile devices. Things happen, we get it.
