Wonderful. Does your customer have any experience using an offset, if not im sure you'll help him out with sone good advice.
You must be getting the hang of putting the smokers together (your 3rd?).
How long is it taking you start to finish.

No, but I told him the basics, and he has my phone no. This is my 4th. Not sure about time, since I build them whenever I have a few hours over.
