Indoor smoker

Why haven't anyone built an indoor wood burning smoker?
There is wood heat stoves. Do why not smokers?

You can plumb in any smoker to be inside. It is a case of doing it safely.

Many commercial operations do. It is about piping the fumes and smoke out of the building. ( I am sure you would need additional ventilation and insulation on the structure as well.)

Southern Pride, for instance makes models that can be plumbed into any building. They are wood burning, gas assist smokers.

For the average homeowner, it is not desirable, it is also expensive. Which is probably why you don't see them from the regular, non-commercial manufacturers.

Yes I suppose. Just like a wood heat stoves, just need fire safety floor and wall covering I'd imagine. And a fire safe chimney through.

Well another thing I just thought of. It would only be able to be used during winter months in sure. House would get to hot. Hmmmm

Sometimes I wonder if I even want my primary smoker in my OUTDOOR kitchen. For a cooker that spends most of the time doing its thing autonomously, it takes up valuable space.
