I sold my pet 1250 gallon trailer and another client is getting me to build them one almost identical, so that helps me over the drepresion of losing one of my fav stickburners. Pretty much the same thing with a few mods and improvements. The big rusty part is the firebox with sacrifical steel added inside as insulation. Started it Tuesday and need to have it done by this Friday as the client is coming down to my bbq class on the 17th. Also some pics of and 500 gallon with vertical we are finishing.

Smoker: Lyfe Tyme Offset. Firebox 16" Diameter X 16" Long. Cooking chamber 16" Diameter X 32" Long
Grill: Lyfe Tyme 16" Diameter X 24" Long.
Thermometer: Maverick ET-732 and XR50
For smoking, I am a committed stick burner.
For grilling, it's all about charcoal. Almost always HEB brand mesquite charcoal. If not that, then Kingsford mesquite charcoal.

All in a days work fer you! Cool!
Did I hear mention of a Pit Bull? Ya know those are very dangerous dogs. Some people have Called on them to be banned. I mean, they are mean, I mean. We wouldn’t want anything to happen to yer crew or one of yer customers. Then we wouldn’t see all the cool cookers you build cuz of a Pit Bull. We would have no pics of yer events. We need to start a movement of members to stop you from harming yerself & others. We are here for yer rescue!
PS. I reread yer post. I see where you mentioned a Pit bein built. Oh. Please disregard previous message.
With Emily Latila in mind, "never mind".Last edited by FireMan; August 12, 2019, 11:11 AM.

Pitbulls are what their owners make them. Need to ban the idiot at the other end of the lease not the dog. I have 4 pitbulls in my house right now with my 2 year old granddaughter and 1 year old grandson and I dont worry a single bit about them doing anything but licking my grandkids. The dogs follow my granddaughter every where she goes. My granddaughter can play in the yard and i promise you that nobody will touch her. You do realize pitbulls use to be called the nanny dog ( will continue )

they were called the nnay dog until some piece of **** took advantage of their loyalty and protectiveness and their need to make their owners happy to decide to start fighting them and to make them mean. But people use to actually leave their infants sitting in the yard with pitbulls and not worry about their kids cause they knew the pitbulls would give their lifes to protect that child from anything that may approach. Not trying to be a **** but it just upsets me to see comments like this

Spent a couple of hours working on mounting the chimney and making it foldable. Also drove out to collect some more tanks. Have a guy wanting a monster smoker for a restaurant. (Talking capacity of 1500 kilos or more), so may buy the grey tank at the bottom. (7 meters long). Also finished the other 500 gallon with vertical.
