Sunday Funday Beef Ribs and Pork

It's raining outside but I'm not going to let that stop me! I couldn't decide if I wanted to make Beef Ribs, or Pulled Pork.

When faced with such a tough decision, I'm taking the easy route and making both! Eating well today

Beef Ribs - Kosher Salt and 16 Mesh Pepper only

Pork Butt (picnic this time) - Kosmos Killer Bee Honey Rub - first time trying this rub.

Today's Tools: Lang Smoker and Fireboard, Homemade Fireboard Case aka ziplock bag.

I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

Nice day here too, my cook was in the rain yesterday. I didn’t need to tend a fire though. I just noticed you are in Jersey City, my Daughter just got an apt in Soho.

I'm treating myself to beef ribs this summer.

For me the only reason I like the picnic is it holds up the butt.
