              It would be my best uneducated guess, to allow she jus' might some make considerable amounts of them, whaddyacallits, British Thermal Units.

              I learned to cook from Ma, an' G'Ma, startin out standin' on a kitchen chair to reach th' stovetop...
              Still learnin', but I gots their techniques down pat, mostly...
              Reckon I'll get better, when/if I grow up.

                  An', I have an ample wood supply of hickory, hedge, an' black locust...
