I have #theRibList where I keep a list of new and old friends and whenever I'm cooking, I make 1 to 20 extra and share the joy.

Hey pitmaster peeps, it is 10 minutes to midnight I just pulled the 44 butts off of them are Nixon stick burner. And they look fabulous! I'll attach a few but photos below so you can attest whether you think they look good or not. If you look closely at the Rexall see little Burt clips I work super hard with my two spatula technique to not leave the bottom layer of fat on the cooker. I'm sure many of you guys do the same thing. Once in a while though a little piece of fat does stick and I enjoyed eating several of them to !
and as a good servant, I clean the pit before I left tonight. That way in the morning I can get right to putting the new butts on and not have to get all sweaty and dirty clean the pit in the morning. It was a temptation to leave, but I know it's better to finish it now, and it sets a great example for my crew hopefully they will get the point!
