    MCS Dreams Come True

After owning a fake kettle*, BGE*, Traeger, Weber Kettle, Green Mountain Grill and a Vertical Offset. I finally got a Big Boy Custom Stick Burner ($1000 bucks with trailer). I always wanted to pull a BBQ trailer with my truck. Now I need to roll out somewhere and fire that bad boy up. *Cooker is dead or broken

I think my MCS is cured.

That's fantastic! Question, where's the 'firebox?' How do you feed it?

Cool!!! Congrats, you're worth it! But I'm gonna have to agree with kmhfive, you're just in remission :-)

I assume the firebox is on the back of the food chamber, given the smoke stack locations?

Wow, great photo. If that doesn't scratch the MCS itch, nothing will. Enjoy!

Congrats, and I agree you are just in remission. An occasional "shot" of something new will keep you in remission.
