    Happy Independence Day Ribs - Beef and Pork

    Happy Independence Day everyone! Special thanks to our veterans who keep us free!

    Do you like beef or pork ribs? How about both! Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday and eating as well as I am!

    Love my Lang!

    - First drop in temp is steam cleaning the smoker before starting
    - Second is wrapping the Pork Ribs (didn't wrap the beef)

    Pork Ribs finished right on schedule, and beef ribs a bit faster than expected - both came out amazing.
