Looking for a 250-300 gallon offset

Roading
from the Midwest, south through Kansas onward to central Texas.
Turning east through the delta and back north through Tennessee.
Where are the builders along this route would my peeps recommend a stop and see?
I know of a few, but I’m looking for any suggestions as we are not in a hurry.
Currently own a Klose with the Santa maria kit.

If you’re coming through Houston there’s several in town. You already know about Klose being here, but here’s a few more. Pitts and Spitts is well known for their quality and have been here a long time. There’s also Pitts by JJ, Gator Pits of Texas, Tejas Smokers, Pitmaker BBQ Pits, and Galindo Smokers LLC. A little north of Houston is where Lone Star Grillz is, in Conroe, Tx.

I’d recommend making Pitts and Spitts one of your stops. A few years ago Troutman and I visited their shop…..very impressive!
