COS forever! :-) That's where I learned to learn about BBQ. If you can turn out good BBQ on one of those, that's the definition of a pitmaster. Now, if you buy a second one, maybe not so much :-) Congrats!

I had a an old Char-Griller Duo to cook with either charcoal or propane. Man could that propane cooker grill. I gave it to my brother-in-law and gave my old water bullet water smoker to my son-in-law under the delusion that with my new Big Green Egg I would be happy with just one cooker. That was before I knew about the power of MCS. Now I am tying to pare down my cookers so they will fit my available space.
