    Arizona BBQ Outfitters

Hey everyone, I see some chatter about AZ BBQ Outfitters in past posts but it came up recently in our house about moving towards a replacement to my charcoal grill. I started looking around for a santa maria style that could do more and was even thinking about trying another custom build. Is there something out there that could grill, support a flat top, fry (wok style), etc.

I came across https://www.azbbqgrills.com/ and thought it was pretty cool. Any experience with these guys? Thoughts on functionality?

I basically want a magical all in one cooker. :P

Hoping someone has experience with these. For the price they look like great value, but you never know how a smoker works until you try to smoke something with it.

There was just some discussion on the PK360 with a game changer (for using the whole grill as a smoker), a griddle insert and a Santa Maria attachment. So one grill with a few selected attachments/inserts and you've got a BBQ swiss knife. The cost would be around $1500 for the whole bundle.

And the PK360 will last a life time. Made of marine grade aluminum. Just by itself, it is an excellent grill.

I love the versatility of the PK360. It covers the use cases I was looking for. I worry about the size though... My current rig is 36x20.5 cookable space and I routinely cook for a bigger crew.

I would need 2 to get the space I need. (would only be a problem because of the wallet, not coolness factor.)

I was very close to ordering one of the Kingsman cookers. They look really great.

I like the looks of the portable as well. Very solid built on all their stuff.

A Weber Kettle will do everything you want with a few add ons.

Woohoo!! I cheer you on 🤗 my vote is for the Kingman or Scottsdale as they both have lids but could still be used with live fire 🔥 🔥. This looks like an awesome product!! 🔥🔥🐿️

            Here is a good review

Arizona BBQ Outfitters new Scottsdale Santa Maria style wood fired cooker. This is the most versatile Santa Maria style pit that allows for cooking on standard grates, Argentine grates, cast iron skillet and cast iron wok. Now that's versatility at it's best!

Was reading up on this one. Makes me want to drive down to Tucson to see if he will give me a in person tour!

I ended up going with the Grill Works Architectural Built In but they make freestanding units as well. I love it.
