Y'all, I've been on this list for 18 months, and I finally got to go pick up my cooker and I can tell you, it far exceeded my expectations. I got to go down to Ft Worth, TX and pick up my custom AJ's Custom Cooker trailer with an 8' reverse flow smoker, warming box and an insulated firebox. On the other side is a santa maria grill, a double burner and then also a 9 gallon deep fryer. I'm hoping to eventually start doing pop-ups and events, so this trailer is hopefully going to be there for it all! The smokers are mostly painted black (unless you wanted a custom color), so I decided to have the trailer painted GoldFinch, as that color is super close to the University of Iowa Hawkeyes color. As my Instagram handle, and all of them state, I use CubbieHawkBBQ as my online name. I just got it home late last night, but wanted to share some pics with all!
