- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
That is pretty cool! I still can't believe he built a boiler into a grill, to power a steam whistle and some fancy outlets around the fake wheels and such. He's all set to put on a show.
I hope there is some sort of emergency pressure valve on the boiler above the firebox, so that it doesn't blow up if he forgets to let off steam manually...

If you're going to weld up your own pressure vessel (boiler) you are either rightfully very confident, or you don't understand the hazards. Hopefully this guy is the former not the latter.
