If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

I've often thought of a design like this however each chamber is a rotisserie.

I changed my order for one of LSG’s pipe offsets to a new 20x42 model. It has started its long journey to me in CA (I’m hoping that it will arrive before the 4th of July). I will post photos when it arrives.
