Love those Lone Star grills, I gotta make the journey up to Willis and check them out. Did you bite the bullet and buy one yet or is that one your's?

Troutman earliest I could snatch one up with cash would be spring 2020, thus far. Not living in the bed of my truck so definitely not mine.

Current line-up of cookers: Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro, Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050, Blackstone ProSeries 4 Burner 36" griddle, Weber Performer Deluxe and Weber Smokey Joe.
I'm guessing the off-road package, much like a lot of off-road vehicles, just lets you get stuck further off the road. Maybe it also needs an electric winch?

That's a beauty! Shirley Fabrication offers something like this on their cookers as an upgrade. They call it their "wagon wheel model" where they'll outfit your cooker with a pull bar. I thought about getting this but went with their standard wheels. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EIu0OKL1DtE They also do the custom wheels... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oT_t7en1NOU

Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
