This BEAST was delivered today. OMG. I love it so much! It’s built like a freaking tank. It’s massive. Cannot wait to get it seasoned this weekend and start cooking on this monster. I ordered with dual stainless steel drop-down tables. So happy I made that choice…they’re huge! Ordered two fan ports just in case for my Pit Viper/Pit Bull fans + 8” casters + stainless steel laser cut cooking grates. Most versatile cooker I’ve ever owned.
I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
Congratulations! Looking forward to your cooks. I love my Adjustable, too. Gotta say I'm jealous of your stainless cooking grates. They weren't an option when I ordered mine.
