Fire Management Basket: A Game changer!

Lone Star Grillz has two high quality Fire Management Baskets that will improve your stick burn 100%. I have a Lang patio 36 and cannot recommend this product highly enough. The V-shape enables cleaner, longer burns at lower heat than I could produce without the basket. Worth every penny BBQ shipmates.

I have a Lang 36 Hybrid Patio.

Have you tried lump in this for overnight burns on a brisket? I want to stop feeding splits all night if possible. Would ideally like to start on splits and then switch to lump for long burns.
