I've been smoking on my LSG Adjustable Charcoal Grill/Smoker quite a bit the past month. Each cook is learning more about it's quirks and tendencies. Today is 2 pork shoulders for the freezer. I've smoked several proteins and vegetables trying for better temperature control each time. There's definitely plenty of room for anything I've smoked. Luckily I have a neighbor who sells me plenty of small oak splits.
