    New arrival

I have been cooking on a Yoder YS640 since 2013 and had been considering the addition of an offset smoker for several years. After months of research and comparison of many different manufacturers I decided on the LSG 20X42 and placed my order on December 10th. It was delivered on April 23rd and is absolutely everything I was expecting. I have have never managed a fire in a high quality stick burner, and am very impressed with how easy it is to dial in the temperature on this pit. After the burn in on Saturday I cooked a chuck roast along with some chicken thighs and beans on Sunday. The LSG fire management basket makes keeping steady temps ever easier!

Congrats! I too have a YS640, great cooker. Last year I purchased the LSG large insulated cabinet. They make one heck of a product don't they. Top quality build and performance. You will be very happy.

                  Awesome cooker and food!

I'll just be sitting over here in the corner, whimpering about how disorganized and cluttered my garage looks compared to yours.

My wife and I both suffer from some garage OCD issues which helps keep it his way.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

The Cool Kettle With The Hinged Hood We Always Wanted

Napoleon’s 22″ Pro Cart Charcoal Kettle Grill puts a few spins on the familiar kettle design. In fact, the hinged lid with a handle on the front, spins in a rotary motion 180 degrees. It’s hard to beat a Weber kettle, but Napoleon holds its own and adds some unique features to make the 22″ Pro Cart a viable alternative.

Blackstone Rangetop Combo: Griddle And Deep Fryer In One

The flat top does the burgers and the fryer does the fries. Use the griddle for bacon, eggs, grilled cheese, and so much more. And why deep fry indoors when you can avoid the smell and mess by doing it outside!
